Ulla Johnson accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
